After focusing for years on ultra-compact, ultra-efficient backpacking stoves, GSI Outdoors figured it was high time to fashion something to satisfy families and groups of friends looking for a classic “car-camping” stove. A high-performing stove with more elbow room, so to speak.

The new Selkirk 540 Camp Stove is built around twin 10,000 BTU/h burners with precise, individual controls for everything from simmering to speedy boiling and room for large pots or pans side-by-side. The simple, push-button ignition system and built-in carrying handle is designed for both easy transport and singe-free lighting.
The Selkirk 540 was made to last too with a powder-coated steel exterior and wraparound windscreens to keep the elements at bay while the stainless steel and nickel-chrome cooking surfaces make clean-up easy after even the biggest meals.
