Eligibility
The AirNEST Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, representatives, or agents of Mountain Life Media (“Sponsor”), RISE Outdoor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To obtain one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Contest Period:
- Follow both @rise_outdoor and @mountainlifemedia on Instagram
- Like the official giveaway post
- Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post
- Submit a valid email address using the entry form found on the Mountain Life Media giveaway landing page
By submitting an entry, participants consent to receive marketing communications from both Mountain Life Media and RISE Outdoor. You may unsubscribe at any time. Consent is required to validate your entry. For more information, please review each organization’s privacy policy.
Entry Period
The Contest begins on June 6, 2025 and ends on June 21, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after this period will not be considered valid.
Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won:
- One (1) AirNEST 3+ Rugged Inflatable Shelter by RISE Outdoor (retail value: $1,499 CAD)
The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with another prize of equal or greater value if required due to availability or other circumstances.
Winner Selection and Notification
On or about June 24, 2025, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form. To be declared the winner, the entrant must respond to the notification email within seventy-two (72) hours.
If the selected entrant does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Privacy
By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Mountain Life Media and RISE Outdoor for the purpose of administering the Contest and delivering future marketing communications. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability related to this Contest.
Limitation of Liability and Release
By participating in this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless Mountain Life Media, RISE Outdoor, their respective affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest at any time and without notice, if any technical or other problem affects the integrity or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or violate the Contest rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
