Note: Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. Prize delivery will be coordinated directly with the winner by Mountain Life Media and Rad Power Bikes. Substitutions or exchanges are not permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors if required due to availability.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 24th, 2025and ends on August 24th at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received before the closing time. Mountain Life Media and Rad Power Bikes are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States who are at least 16 years old and have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, or representatives of Mountain Life Media, Rad Power Bikes, their affiliates, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

By entering, you acknowledge that your name or Instagram handle may be publicly visible and may be shared on social media and/or sponsor websites.
Draw and Winner Selection
On or about August 26th, 2025, one (1) eligible winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form. If the selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with the rules, their prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding.
The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without notice in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor that may compromise the integrity of the Contest.
Any attempt to tamper with the Contest process may result in disqualification. Non-conforming or incomplete entries will be void.
Mountain Life Media and Rad Power Bikes are not responsible for technical issues that may affect entry submissions or access to the contest page.
In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
