1. Contest Organizer
The contest is organized and administered by Mountain Life Media (“Organizer”), in collaboration with the World Ski and Snowboard Festival and Gibbons Whistler (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Mountain Life Media, the World Ski and Snowboard Festival, TAG Whistler, and Gibbons Whistler are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on March 6 and ends on March 26 , 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the official entry form available on Mountain Life’s website during the Contest Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package for two (2) people:
- Two (2) nights accommodation in Whistler, BC on Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday, April 8, 2026
- Two (2) TAG Day Tickets including ziplines, Vallea Lumina, and axe throwing
- Two (2) tickets to the Intersection ski and snowboard film competition
- Two (2) tickets to the 72 Hour Filmmaker Showdown
- Two (2) one-year Après Pass memberships from Gibbons Whistler
Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution. Prize dates are fixed for April 7–8, 2026 and cannot be transferred to alternate dates.
Travel to Whistler, BC is not included. The winner and their guest are responsible for transportation, meals, and any additional expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
Participants must be 19 years of age or older to redeem the Après Pass memberships.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about March 27. The selected entrant will be contacted via email by Mountain Life Media. The selected entrant may be required to provide their full name and mailing address for prize fulfillment.
If the selected entrant does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate entrant may be selected.
7. Optional Marketing Consent
Entrants may opt in to receive contest alerts, news, and special offers from the World Ski and Snowboard Festival and Mountain Life Media by selecting the optional checkbox on the entry form. Consent is not required to enter the contest.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with Mountain Life Media’s Privacy Policy. Information collected through the optional opt-in will be used by the World Ski and Snowboard Festival and Mountain Life Media in accordance with their privacy practices.
9. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the contest.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final.
