Contest Overview
Mountain Life Media, in partnership with Fairmont Chateau Whistler, is excited to offer participants the chance to win a Luxury Getaway at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. One lucky winner will receive the following prize package:
Prize Package:
- One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a two (2) night stay in a Fairmont Room at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for two (2) people.
- Daily buffet breakfast for two (2) at The Wildflower restaurant, with seating being first-come, first-served based on capacity; entry cannot be guaranteed with contest vouchers.
- Two (2) days of self-parking.
- Taxes and fees are included.
Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. Approximate retail value: CAD $2,000.
Note: The prize does not include transportation to and from Fairmont Chateau Whistler or any additional expenses incurred during the stay.
Contest Period
The contest begins on October 15, 2024, and ends on October 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by the closing date. Mountain Life and Fairmont Chateau Whistler are not responsible for any entries destroyed, mutilated, lost, misdirected, or corrupted. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the USA (excluding Puerto Rico), provided they have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees of Mountain Life, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, and family members of these employees are ineligible for participation. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in this Contest, you must:

- Fill out the entry form on the Mountain Life contest page.
Each entrant may receive one (1) entry during the Contest Period by complying with the requirements listed above.
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your entry (including your username and profile picture) may be posted on Instagram, Facebook, and/or the sponsor’s proprietary website and may be viewed, shared, and commented on by the sponsor and the general public.
Draw and Winner Selection
On or about October 30, 2024, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The selected entrant will be contacted by Fairmont via the email address provided in their entry form and must reply within three (3) business days. The selected entrant must then sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within two (2) business days. If a selected entrant fails to respond, cannot be contacted, or fails to return the required documents, the prize will be forfeited, and another entrant will be selected.
General Conditions
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and is void where prohibited. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Contest are final and binding on all entrants.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend this Contest in any way without prior notice or obligation in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control that affects the fairness of the Contest.
Any attempt to tamper with the legitimate operation of this Contest may result in disqualification. Entries that do not conform to these rules will be judged void.
Without limitation, the Sponsor is not liable for any technical failures or issues that affect Contest entry submissions or access to the Contest website.
In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry.
By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor and its agents storing and using the personal information submitted with their entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, unless the entrant agrees to receive further communications from the Sponsor.
