The Arc’teryx Incendia One Piece for women is a streamlined, hardwearing shell for skiers and boarders who want full coverage without sacrificing mobility or fit. Built as a true fusion of the brand’s Incendia Jacket and Incendia Pant, the suit brings together Arc’teryx’s precision tailoring with serious weather protection, making it well-suited to late-winter and spring conditions when layering flexibility matters most.

“I’ve skied in the Incendia for ten days at Marmot Basin so far this season, and overall it’s been ideal,” said Brooke Riopel, Photo Editor, ML Rockies. “The quality is exactly what you’d expect from Arc’teryx—everything feels solid, well-made and durable, with no concerns about wear after multiple full days on the hill.”
The Incendia One Piece boasts a three-layer GORE-TEX PRO construction for waterproofing, wind protection and breathability. The fabric uses an ePE membrane free from intentionally added PFAS, paired with a tough recycled nylon canvas that reinforces high-wear zones like the hood, yoke and sleeve-ends. The result is a suit that feels protective and confidence-inspiring without unnecessary bulk.

“This suit is a shell-only, so layering is key,” added Brooke. “I found it worked best in temperatures around -5°C and above with a good base layer and mid-layer. It will be perfect for spring/late-winter skiing. Wind resistance is excellent and it does a good job keeping the chill out without feeling heavy.”
Fit and mobility are standout elements. A contemporary cut, combined with an internal cinch belt that can be adjusted from the inside, allows skiers to fine-tune the waist and reduce excess volume between laps. Multiple inseam length options further help dial in the fit, while articulated patterning keeps movement natural and unrestricted on snow.
“The fit is comfortable and allows for easy movement while skiing. The one-piece design actually feels more natural than expected and never felt restrictive. It’s easy to ski all day without feeling weighed down.”

Practical ski-focused features are integrated throughout the design. Thigh vents help regulate temperature on warmer days or during high-output runs, while the StormHood™ provides full coverage without compromising visibility. Storage is generous and well placed, with zippered chest, hand, and thigh pockets, a pass pocket and a zippered internal security pocket for essentials. Keprotec instep reinforcements protect against edge abrasion, and a RECCO reflector adds an extra layer of safety for search and rescue situations.
“I’ve had to get creative with the suit for bathroom breaks but, c’est la vie for us ladies,” Brooke pointed out.
Sustainability is also a clear focus. The shell and lining fabrics are bluesign approved and incorporate recycled content, with a dope-dyed backer that reduces water and energy use during production.
“Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a high-quality shell suit and don’t mind dialling in your layers. It’s comfortable, blocks wind well and holds up nicely for skiing in mild to moderately cold conditions,” concluded Brooke.
