You might have heard about the chic long-table dinners organized by the radiant Emily Shimwell in Squamish. On Friday, January 24th, Mountain Life had the pleasure of attending one of these coveted women-only events, curated by Dine Wilder. This edition, centered around the theme of energy, saw attendees embracing the concept by donning their most colourful outfits and arriving with open hearts, curiosity, and a genuine desire to connect.

Held at the lively Pink Tuna Cafe, the event was as much a feast for the senses as it was for the soul, with delicious margaritas, refreshing horchatas, and a variety of mouth-watering tacos. The sold-out dinner marked the fifth in Emily’s thoughtfully curated series, which invites guests to set aside titles and expectations, allowing for a deeper sense of connection and community.

Guest speaker Jess Kirby sparked insightful conversations, offering tips to boost our energy and leaving us with valuable takeaways that will resonate well beyond the evening.

While the next dinner may be sold out, there are more Dine Wilder experiences to look forward to. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming events by visiting dinewilderevents.com and following @dine.wilder on social media.
