MiiR products rely on three things at their core: water, earth and the relationship people have with both.

If all companies adopted MiiR’s model, the world would be transformed for the better. MiiR sets aside a portion of their revenue to fund projects focused on clean water, a healthy environment and strong communities. For example, every MiiR product sold helps fund trackable giving projects.

And this year, in an effort to give meaning to the buying frenzy associated with Black Friday, MiiR will donate 100% of Black Friday product sales (both in-store and online) to charity: water. charity: water is a nonprofit bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in need around the world.

Having tested their products, we can say that the quality and attention to detail is plain to see, feel and experience. MiiR products are built for the ages, not for the landfill. Each piece is a durable small masterpiece of utilitarian design.

For example, the MiiR 64oz Growler. Holding four pints of liquid delight, it stores and pours any temperature of beverage like a boss with an extra assist from its built-in handle (and intuitive hinge on the lid that locks in place when open). On a paddling trip, we used it for both cold cider and hot coffee. And after a quick wash, it didn’t retain the aftertaste of either. This thing is rugged.

Features

-Thermo 3D® double wall vacuum insulation – keeps hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold.

-18/8 stainless steel – enduring material meets beautiful design.

-Threadless lid with pressure locking clasp – seals in carbonation for freshness.

-Intuitive hinge – locks lid in an open position for pouring.

-Built-in handle – for handling, of course.

-Does not sweat – let’s save that for the gym.

-BPA free – no Bad Plastic Awfulness (or Bisphenol A) here.

-Hardshell™ powder coat finish – safe, durable and classy.

-Lifetime warranty – the longer you live, the longer the warranty.

And leave it to MiiR to improve on a stone-cold classic, the camp cup. Their 12oz Camp Cup takes on beauty, durability and functionality in one fell swoop, making it loveable for all the right reasons (and impossible to own too many).

Its Press Fit Lid prevents splashes, and the handle will clip to your pack for easy transpo when the cup is empty.

And unlike that old, chipped enamel camp cup still knocking around in your kit, the handle won’t superheat your fingers when hot stuff is inside.

The Southern Interior region of BC holds an ecological cross-section of the province with alpine meadows, arid Douglas fir grasslands, damp cedar and hemlock forests of the Columbia Mountains and the warm expanse of Shuswap Lake.

Conceived by superhuman snowboarder @travisrice, the @naturalselection Tour highlights earth’s premier riders, from big-mountain mavens to Olympians, all competing on the most stoketastic—and unpredictable—terrain known to humankind.
Built upon a shared desire to enjoy, respect, and advocate for Alberta’s incredible landscapes, it was a natural fit for @elementsoutfitters to work with a local conservation organization @saltslandtrust to highlight the province’s rugged beauty and outdoor apparel to match.
