The “End of the Road” town of Tofino, BC was in a unique situation during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic the past few months. The town, which relies heavily on tourism, was one of the few places that didn’t see its beaches close, but the town was relatively empty due to a lack of visitors coming to town. So what did the locals do? Well, by all accounts it looks like they surfed their faces off.
