With no complicated setup needed, the Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Carrier is ready to ride, right out of the box. We mounted it in a few minutes and the intuitively designed clamps adjust for a variety of roof-rack dimensions.
Unlike other cargo carriers with finicky mounts, the Force XT’s clamps tighten up easily by twisting a knob, which clicks when tight. You could almost mount this with your eyes closed, and it fits securely with no drift, even in high wind with the box fully loaded.
It swallows a lot of gear: 500 litres worth. That’s a lot of tripping goods you can stow away, safe and out of the weather, until you need them. And the box boasts a lot of fine-tuned features, including nylon webbing straps on either side so you can pull down the lids if they are too high to grab (you can open the box from either side of your vehicle); and the smooth LockKnob system which helps prevent damage to the Thule Comfort Key and makes it very easy to open and lock.
Thule Force XT XL Features
