unReal Look Behind the Scenes

The latest trend of webisodes has opened up the interest in just how much work goes into a production – Travis Rice and Brain Farm’s “The Art of Flight” behind-the-scenes is available on Netflix, and it’s arguably better than the movie itself.

A little while back, we told you about Teton Gravity Research’s foray into mountain bike video territory with unReal. Now, they’ve released their own series, entitled Mind the Gap. Unlike AoF‘s miniseries, which was released far after the movie, almost as an afterthought, TGR’s accompaniment seems to be a series of teasers to build up to the anticipated release this summer.

The first episode makes you want to go biking (although, with this winter, did any of you stop?). It’s a beautiful representation of Wyoming and the cowboy country, and you really get a sense of essentially how goddamn dangerous this was to film.

The best part is that this is only the first of 8 in the series. What do you think? Let us know in the comments down below!
