This spring, KEEN Canada will partner with CPAWS – Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society – to support Canada’s parks and protected areas through a give-with-purchase program at participating retail locations including Barrie’s   Sojourn Outdoors.

For every pair of KEENs in the lightweight CNX collection sold in the month of May, KEEN will donate $5 to CPAWS. Sojourn Outdoors will match the donation, making it a total of $10.

The goal for May is to donate up to $25,000 to CPAWS – a non-profit organization whose vision is to keep at least half of Canada’s public land and water wild forever. CPAWS will use the donations from KEEN and its retailers to support and protect large and connected areas of Canada’s wilderness.

“This is a perfect partnership for nature,” said Eric Hebert-Daly, CPAWS National Executive Director.  “CPAWS places high value on connecting Canadians to wilderness – on reinforcing the intrinsic benefits of getting outside and enjoying nature.  KEEN is a manufacturer of footwear and clothing specifically designed to meet the needs of outdoor enthusiasts who share our values,” adds Hebert-Daly.
