National Geographic Live

When it comes to outdoor photography, many of the National Geographic photographers are absolute masters. Paul Nicklen is one of those guys. Whether he’s ice-diving with leopard seals in Antarctica, shooting from his ultralight, or simply trekking through the unforgiving terrain of the poles, you can guarantee he’s getting the shot. He grew up on Baffin Island and won the 2012 press award for his images of emperor penguins. And, perhaps most importantly to you, he’ll be doing a slideshow at Roy Thomson Hall on November 11 and 12. We’d all be fools to miss it.
