Banked Slalom and Triple Corked Downlow

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of weeks than you heard about Beaver Valley Ski Club‘s banked Slalom event and Mount St Louis Moonstone‘s Downlow. The Banked Slalom (also a fundraiser for Rebecca’s Hope in memory of Jackie Snarr) had every snowboarder from Markham to Burlington scrambling for one of the 250 spots. It even dragged out old-timers like Matt Houghton and Steve Jarrett! The weather was perfect and no doubt the patio saw a couple spilled drinks by the end of the day.

On the Sunday, Mount St Lois-Moonstone hosted the Downlow as they’ve been doing for eons now. And the big news coming from this one was Christian Primrose’s BS 1440 Triple Cork. Unreal. Thanks to Mike Last for the image. Check the video below from Jake Media.
